From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Grand were incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay truly memorable. the location was unbeatable, with Trafalgar Square right outside our door and all the best attractions within walking distance. the room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the gorgeous city all day. the hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable beds to the welcome drink upon arrival. the Grand truly embodies old-fashioned service in a modern setting, with a touch of elegance and charm that sets it apart from other hotels. I highly recommend a stay at the Grand for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the heart of London.
